1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar provides martial arts training, fitness programs, private coaching, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are open to individuals of all ages, provided they meet the physical and behavioral requirements of the academy. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
4. Registration and Accounts
When registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and for all activities related to your registration.
The academy reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to services at its discretion.
5. Payments and Fees
All fees for memberships, classes, private coaching, and other services must be paid according to the terms agreed upon at registration.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
6. Free Trial
Free trials are offered to new students only and are subject to availability. The academy reserves the right to limit free trials to one per person and to modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
7. Health and Safety
By participating in training, you confirm that you are physically fit to engage in physical activity. You are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions or injuries.
Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or undisclosed health conditions.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from classes, suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
9. Equipment and Attire
Students must wear appropriate attire and use proper equipment as required for each discipline. The academy reserves the right to deny participation if equipment or attire is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
10. Cancellations and Scheduling
Class schedules, instructors, and programs may be changed without notice.
Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged.
Missed classes are not refundable or transferable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in activities or use of the website.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described therein.
