Policies of Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar

1. Registration and Membership

All registrations at Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar are subject to acceptance of these policies. Registration is valid only once payment has been confirmed or an agreement has been established with the academy.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. The academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

2. Free Trial

The free trial is offered to new students only, subject to availability. It allows participants to discover the training environment, teaching methods, and disciplines offered. The academy reserves the right to limit the free trial to one session per person.

3. Payments and Memberships

Registration fees, memberships, and services must be paid according to the terms established by the academy.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the agreed period. In the event of non-payment, access to classes may be suspended without notice.

4. Cancellations and Absences

Missed classes are neither refundable nor transferable, except in cases approved by the academy.
Private training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged.

5. Health, Safety, and Liability

Each student is responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in training activities. Consulting a healthcare professional before starting any training program is strongly recommended.

Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, inappropriate behavior, or undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Conduct and Discipline

Respect, courtesy, and discipline are core values of the academy.
Any behavior deemed dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent dismissal without refund.

7. Equipment and Attire

Students must wear appropriate and safe attire for the discipline practiced.
The academy reserves the right to deny access to a class if clothing or equipment is deemed unsuitable.

8. Instructors and Certifications

Classes are supervised by certified and qualified instructors. The academy reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or class content as required for educational or organizational reasons.

9. Personal Information Protection

Personal information collected is used solely for administrative, communication, and service management purposes.
The academy commits to never selling or sharing personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

10. Image Rights

By participating in academy activities, students authorize the use of photos or videos taken during training sessions for promotional purposes, unless a written objection is submitted to the academy.

11. Policy Modifications

Académie d’Arts Martiaux Adrar reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the official website.
